How personal information and optional analytics are handled on this website.
Last updated: 4 September 2026
1. Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by Bright Citrus Limited (Company No. 08458708), registered at 31 Lower Gungate, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 7AT. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@stuartsadler.co.uk.
2. Information collected through the enquiry form
If you use the contact form, the information collected is:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- the message you submit;
- your required consent to being contacted; and
- your optional marketing preference.
You can also contact Stuart directly by email, in which case the information in your email will be used to respond.
3. Why the information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to you, understand the work or opportunity you wish to discuss, take requested steps before entering a contract and manage any resulting business relationship. Occasional relevant updates will only be sent where you have actively selected the optional marketing consent.
4. Contact-form provider
The enquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service. Information submitted through the form is sent through Formspree so it can reach Bright Citrus Limited. You can read Formspree's privacy policy. If you prefer not to use the form, email hello@stuartsadler.co.uk directly.
5. Analytics and cookie choice
Google Analytics 4 is available on this site to provide aggregated information about how pages are used. It is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. The site stores your choice in your browser's local storage so it can remember it on later visits.
You can revisit the choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Rejecting optional analytics does not affect the site's core features. Google explains its handling of information in the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Sharing and processors
Personal information is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Trusted service providers may process information where needed to operate the website, email and business systems. This includes Formspree for form delivery and, only after consent, Google Analytics for site measurement.
7. Retention and security
Enquiry and client information is kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage a business relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve relevant issues. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the information held.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
To exercise a right or withdraw marketing consent, email hello@stuartsadler.co.uk. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Updates
This policy may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The latest date will be shown at the top of this page.
