I joined Tesco at 16 and spent nearly 30 years moving through stores, supply chain, Head Office, international operations and Group Food Sourcing. Since 2014, I have built specialist businesses, advised organisations and worked with leadership teams across the UK and Europe.
That combination lets me see a challenge from several sides: retailer and supplier, operator and adviser, board and delivery team. I ask direct questions, make the complicated understandable and help people act.
